Welcome to Nunez Painting Contractor LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern all estimates, proposals, painting services, repairs, communications, and projects performed by our company.
By accepting an estimate, signing a proposal, making a payment, scheduling a project, or using our services, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
Residential Painting
Commercial Painting
Interior Painting
Exterior Painting
Cabinet Painting
Drywall Repairs
Stucco Repairs
Wallpaper Removal
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Service availability depends upon project inspection, scheduling, weather conditions, and material availability.
3. Free Estimates
We proudly offer FREE ESTIMATES.
All estimates are valid for 60 calendar days from the date issued.
After 60 days, pricing may change due to:
Labor costs
Material costs
Manufacturer pricing
Project modifications
Market conditions
The Company reserves the right to revise any estimate if site conditions differ from those observed during the original inspection.
All pricing is subject to physical inspection.
4. Scope of Work
Each project includes only the work specifically listed in the written proposal or estimate.
Any work not specifically described is excluded.
No verbal agreements shall modify the contract.
Additional work will only be performed after written approval from the Customer.
5. Change Orders
Any modifications requested after the proposal has been approved require a written Change Order.
Examples include:
Additional rooms
Additional walls
Additional ceilings
Additional drywall repair
Additional stucco repair
Additional cabinet painting
New paint colors
Additional coats
Surface preparation beyond original scope
Additional charges may apply.
No additional work will begin until written approval is received.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Provide safe access to the property.
Remove fragile or valuable personal belongings.
Protect pets and ensure they remain away from work areas.
Inform us of hidden electrical systems, plumbing, alarms, or known structural issues.
Maintain access to electricity and water throughout the project.
Ensure work areas are reasonably accessible.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
7. Paint Colors
Customers are solely responsible for approving all paint colors before work begins.
We strongly recommend testing color samples under different lighting conditions.
Once paint application has begun:
Color changes are not included.
Additional labor and materials required to repaint will be billed separately.
8. Surface Preparation
Unless otherwise stated, standard preparation includes:
Cleaning
Minor sanding
Minor patching
Surface preparation necessary for painting
Our standard preparation does NOT include:
Structural repairs
Mold remediation
Water damage restoration
Electrical repairs
Plumbing repairs
Foundation repairs
Hidden structural deficiencies
Additional repairs discovered during the project will be quoted separately.
9. Project Schedule
Estimated completion dates are approximate.
Project schedules may change due to:
Rain
Extreme temperatures
Humidity
Wind
Dust storms
Material shortages
Customer-requested changes
Unforeseen site conditions
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established within each individual proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Initial Deposit
Progress Payments (when applicable)
Final Payment upon substantial completion
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Check
Bank Transfer
Credit Card
Invoices not paid according to the agreed terms may incur additional collection costs where permitted by law.
11. Cancellations
Customers requesting cancellation should notify the Company as soon as possible.
If materials have already been purchased specifically for the project:
Material costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
If work has already begun:
The Customer agrees to pay for:
Labor completed
Materials used
Special-order products
Administrative expenses already incurred
12. Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided only as described in the signed proposal.
Warranty generally covers workmanship performed by Nunez Painting Contractor LLC.
Warranty does NOT cover damages resulting from:
Water intrusion
Roof leaks
Plumbing leaks
Foundation movement
Structural movement
Moisture problems
Mold
Earth movement
Earthquakes
Floods
Wind damage
Fire
Hail
Natural disasters
Improper maintenance
Customer abuse or neglect
Third-party damage
Normal aging
Normal fading
Acts of God
Normal paint fading caused by Arizona sun exposure is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company's maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific project.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
14. Photographs
Unless the Customer requests otherwise in writing before work begins, the Company may photograph projects before, during, and after completion for:
Portfolio
Website
Social Media
Marketing
Educational purposes
Customer personal information will never be disclosed without permission.
15. Privacy
Customer information is used only to:
Provide estimates
Schedule appointments
Complete projects
Process payments
Provide customer support
We do not sell customer information.
SMS consent is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the signed estimate or proposal, constitute the complete agreement between the Customer and Nunez Painting Contractor LLC.
No oral statements shall modify this agreement.
Any modification must be made in writing and approved by both parties.
